On the peaceful morning of June 22nd at AMA, the Ahmedabad Book Club, an initiative of Karma Foundation, hosted a soul-stirring Book Launch for Nostalgic Poems, a debut collection by young author Hridaan Patel

The event unfolded not just as a literary gathering, but as an intimate celebration of words, emotions, and quiet strength. Nostalgic Poems is a reflection of Hridaan’s inner world—where everyday moments, fleeting feelings, and tender memories find rhythm and rhyme. While the book carries a range of heartfelt verses, one particularly poignant poem stands out—dedicated to his late father. The book was officially launched by Mr. Madhu Menon, President of Ahmedabad Book Club, in the gracious presence of Hridaan’s grandparents, his mother, and Shraddha Ahuja Ramani, Literary Advisor of Karma Foundation. Their presence on stage was not just ceremonial—it represented the village behind the voice, the quiet encouragement behind a young poet’s courage.

The conversation between Hridaan and ABC committee member Khyati Chawla was both graceful and insightful.
