Leading with Honor FAQ How can accountability principles that you use for training be adapted into my personal life (family, wife, and children)?
Lees Answer Very much the same as described in my book, Engage with Honor. Human nature is the same. The one thing about home life is that we dont always have the power we think we do and therefore must lead more by influence and example. Thats a good thing I think.
Its just hard for some people who lead by command at work (people jump when they speak) to make adjustment at homewhere things need to be more collaborative. Of course, the collaborative approach generally works best for developing the next generation, both at home and at work.
