Weekend Wrap-up June 7: Newsletter News

If you subscribe to my newsletter, you know how entertaining and informative it is. If you don’t subscribe to my newsletter, that’s okay too because if you read my blog you get pretty much the same stuff.
I recently made a change going from bi-monthly to monthly. Why the change? I’m hoping more subscribers will open and click on some of the links since most book promos start at the beginning of the month, so a mid-month newsletter doesn’t contain a lot of new material.
It is also less work for me.
Writing Update: I’m almost halfway through the first draft of book three in the Orion Arm Alliance series. Book one follows the mystery of a young man awaking onboard a starship with no memory of how he got there. Book two is a prequel where we find out how Earth entered the Alliance and how the cadets in book one meet and uncover the truth of the death of one of their mothers.
Book three (as yet unnamed) picks up where book one leaves off as the cadets enter year three of the Alliance Academy and are thrust into a interplanetary conflict.
