For years, I was quite skeptical about essential oils. They smelled good, yes — but could they really do more than that?

Then something changed. My wife started using essential oils on me after long tennis sessions, when I would come home sore and tired. To my surprise, they worked. The muscle pain eased faster, and I felt more relaxed overall.

Encouraged by this, we experimented further. When I started experiencing occasional headaches, we tried specific oils — and again, I noticed a real difference. Over time, we began using essential oils for other common issues: stress, poor sleep, digestion troubles.

That personal journey led me to study aromatherapy more seriously. I wanted to understand why and how essential oils could help, and how to use them safely and effectively.
