This Fumi Salad recipe has been around for some time, in lots of variations. I got the recipe from my mom. I first shared this back in 2012, so I’m guessing a lot of people haven’t seen it. I still like it, and brought it to our monthly pot luck supper last week. (And I was glad I did, not only because it was well-received, but because it was the only salad there.)
