The truth behind the words: Why I wrote this

I never thought I’d be the kind of person to write a memoir, but I couldn’t ignore the story that kept pressing on my chest.

Love That Ruined Me Right isn’t just a story about infidelity. It’s about trauma, vulnerability, and what it means to be truly seen by someone, then lose them.

I wrote this book for anyone who’s ever carried a love they couldn’t explain, who’s been wrecked by their own choices, or who’s still trying to find peace in the aftermath of heartbreak.

This book is the most transparent version of me that exists. If it reaches even one person and makes them feel less alone in their own mess, I’ll have done something meaningful.
