No, you aren't imagining it. Book reviews on my website have vanished!

But where did they go, you may be asking? Simply, I am focusing my website on me and my own works. Shocking I know. The book reviews are not going away though, far from it! Instead, you can still find them all on Goodreads, or the compilation of my four most recent reads in my Substack.

I enjoy writing book reviews, which can come with it's own tight rope of author vs. reader politics. But I am an indie author, and also a voracious reader. I understand the value in reviews, more so when indies struggle to get reviews. I write book reviews as a reader, never an author, and hope that the good karma may bleed over to my own work. So while I'd like to pretend this is all altruistic, I'm being real in admitting that it's not, well, not entirely.

Book reviews and ratings are important. I won't stop writing or posting them. The only change is where you can find them moving forward. So, if you like my book reviews, consider following me on Goodreads or Substack!
