The book will hopefully inspire and encourage younger people to eat more fruit and vegetables in a fun, educational way, it will also include a factual chart at the back that will help people achieve there 5 a day as recommended by the NHS.

I studied and received my city and guilds qualifications on nutrition and healthy eating and I wanted to create a book that will help teach basic food nutrition while on an adventure.

The book has many characters to get to know, it’s not all about “Russell” sprout.
