Sale into Spring!

Seriously, I went to the grocery store on Monday to pick up a few things. When she cashed me out and said $275.00 I about fainted. As soon as I got home I went over that receipt with a fine tooth comb looking for a major mistake and found nothing. Even with the store's discount card the prices were that high! Good grief, I guess we're all going to have to tighten our belts and economize for the foreseeable future and none of us are happy about it! I know from now on I'll be making more meals from scratch and baking my own cookies. Once the farmer's markets open, I'll be getting my produce there as well.
Oh well, there's nothing I can do about it except complain, and I've done plenty of that lately. What I can do is lower the prices on some of my books. Therefore, I'm putting my Threads of Time series on sale for a week. If you haven't read it, now would be a good time to grab it. I really like this series. I like the beautiful and unique female characters and the way they relate to each other. I like the brothers, who come to genuinely love and support each other, and I love Emma Whittaker their mother.
Emma has know heartache and struggle during her lifetime in Kansas during the 1800's, but she's smart and strong, and nobody's fool. From the moment she appeared on the paper, she won my heart, and I think she'll win yours as well.
So grab your copies and settle down for a trio of amazing love stories that take place between modern day Washington, and rural Kansas in 1880.

Shadows of a Broken Marriage
Morgan Whittaker is a mere shadow of his former self. Burdened by personal tragedies, a failing marriage, and injuries from his last military mission, all he desires is solitude. Cara Whittaker, though resigned to their marriage ending, finds it both painful and frustrating to see her husband deteriorate. As a quantum physicist, she offers him an incredible opportunity: a chance to travel back in time.
What Morgan discovers in 1880 Kansas exceeds his wildest dreams. Mistaken for a long-lost son, he suddenly finds himself embraced by a family—a loving mother, brothers, and a sister thrilled by his return. Despite being cautioned not to disrupt the delicate balance of the future, a looming threat emerges. Can he prevent it and change his fate, or will time work against him? Will he adhere to the rules, or take a leap and become the man he is destined to be?
BOOK TWO, BROKEN THREADS, MEAD:
Engaged to a demanding social climber, in love with a saloon girl!
Mead Whittaker’s life is spiraling out of control. He's engaged to a demanding social climber while his heart belongs to a saloon girl. His situation worsens when a stray bullet threatens to confine him to a wheelchair for life. Desperate and out of options, he listens to his brother Morgan, who offers a solution: travel to the future for advanced medical care.
Despite his doubts, Mead takes a leap of faith in his seemingly crazy brother. Upon arriving in the future, Mead quickly realizes Morgan's wild tale is true. The delicate fabric of time is unraveling due to Morgan’s interference. Mead must return to 1880 before his manipulative fiancée finds a way to eliminate the woman he truly loves from his life. He also has to alert Morgan that the future has drastically changed for his ex-wife. If Mead and Morgan can’t cooperate to repair the damaged timeline, both the past and present could be doomed to tragedy and loss for everyone involved.
BOOK THREE, WOVEN THREADS, MATTHEW:
She’s a widow newly escaped from a brutish husband.
He is fully devoted and aims to be the partner she both needs and deserves. However, they find themselves at a stalemate, with neither willing to budge.
Laurie Dixon, a lovely young widow with three rambunctious sons, is finally independent. She’s managing her own business to provide for her family, and she doesn’t need Matthew Whittaker to take care of her. While she suspects she’s falling in love with Matthew, past scars linger, and the fear of being controlled by another man is paralyzing.
Matthew is at his wit’s end. He’s spent the past year trying to convince Laurie that marriage isn’t destined to be a sentence of misery and pain, yet she remains unmoved. To complicate matters, his brothers, Morgan and Mead, are overly eager for him to push Laurie into a commitment while they conceal secrets they refuse to disclose.
He’s ready to punch both of his brothers out and take Laurie over his knee if that’s what it takes to get to the bottom of both situations. A man can only take so much!
