Microplastic in the Brain

Miniature White Roses in the Garden. When I brought them home, they were so tiny. They’re now about 4 feet tall, but they don’t get any bigger than that. I love roses. And they seem to do really well here.

On to other news. I just read this article about the dangers of microplastic and so am switching out some things. I usually use ceramic dishes in the microwave, and I have several glass containers to reheat food also. My new storage containers are BPF free, and so are some new rubber freezer containers I bought. But everything else is going out. Including all the plastic cutting boards. You never know what could cause your illnesses, or even dementia, according to this article. So I’ll get a wooden cutting board like my parents always had. And don’t reheat your food in those plastic containers that restaurants send home with your leftovers!

I have a lot of plastic bottled waters, but I’ve been drinking from thermoses, so will continue to do that. NO more plastic water bottles.

Hope you have a wonderful day!!!

Darla Taylor Love the white mini roses! Of course, I love roses in general as you know. Sadly, they no longer do well here. I used to have some in pots, but a disease popped up and killed them all. Then, no matter how long I waited, my roses kept dying, of ten from the same disease. That made me wonder if the original growers had the disease and were passing it on, but I have given up on roses.

Oh, I'll have to read this article. I'll probably share it with my neighbor whose mother has dementia.

Take care and have a fantastic day. <3
