Sean Carlin My novel The Dogcatcher contains elements of body horror, most notably a graphic transmogrification scene featuring one the main characters. I wanted to create the literary equivalent of the groundbreaking lycanthropic transformations in John Landis' An American Werewolf In London and Joe Dante's The Howling.
