She writes under other pen names, too, but--and this is bizarre--I have never bonded with any of those "authors". My fave is definitely THE DEVIL ON HORSEBACK. I recall reading THE DEMON LOVE back when it came out and I utterly shocked (but secretly titillated) at what a bastard the hero is.
