Define Your Problem Statement

You should never just take a problem and rush off in a general direction. A good problem statement becomes your charter for your critical thinking efforts.

One of my favorite critical thinking and problem solving tools is a good problem statement. You should never just take a problem and rush off in a general direction, thinking you’re going to come up with a solution that will satisfy the needs of your requester.
