Have You Ever?

Have you ever?

Been jeered, taunted and harrassed?
Followed and trailed around like an ass?

Had bathrooms blocked when you needed to go?
Yes, the childish antics go on and on, and so,

Stomping overhead and shadowing feet,
Trying to make others feel a sense of defeat.

So sad to see grown folks acting like kids,
And kids acting out what they heard at home.

It is a most unfortunate skid.

It’s exhausting, tiring; will it ever end?

I shake my head and I pity the fool,
Who obviously learned very little in school.

The school of life, that is.
