As a teenager, I understood dick about this song. Also, I wasn’t interested in learning. I was a teenager. Now, I can put myself into the mindset of the Vietnam War era kids on the Sunset Strip hearing this for the first time. This was sinister to some; revolutionary to others. A masterpiece.
