Here's what I'm working on this week.
I'm working on Southern Blue Blood 4. I still don't have a title yet, and I've already started rewrites on it even though I haven't finished. Something was missing so I started at the beginning giving it a new first twelve chapters.
I thought it would only be a few, but things just took off. I might end up scraping most of the original 50 pages.
The story was initially meant to be a short one featuring Ryan's best friend Rena and her relationship with Elise, but that story just fell flat. Now, the story does have an emphasis on Rena, but it's the buildup to the confrontation with the Well of Nine. It's the first half of it.
This part of the story is one character of the Well of Nine leadership carrying out the leadership's orders, but she has an agenda of her own. This story is about her agenda as well as how part of the House is executed.
I'm about 50 pages in as I write this, but I will be sharing teasers starting next week.
On another note, my first Southern Blue Blood Collection is out today on Amazon. If you've read the first two books, there is very little new content here. Basically, corrections and a few minor add-ins.
The second collection will contain the third book and the fourth books. There might be some additions to the third book.
If I do major additions, I will release the book, Spring's Rebirth. I am planning to release all the books in paperback starting this year. The first two books will be released as a collection instead of singularly. The first book is already in paperback though.
I don't have dates yet, but when I get them, I'll share. In the meantime, happy reading.
