Each of us is filled with the intense drama of everyday life. Many of those dramas weigh heavily on one's mind. Many are stressful, even fearsome, to face. Girlfriend blew you off, past-due notices, car repossessed, water shut-off notice, no food in the fridge, dog pooped the carpet, and on and on and on.
And then here comes Mr. Platt with a smile on his face. He's giving us a CRAZY gift. This gift is so crazy that we FORGET all about our bundled nerves and focus on something EXTRAORDINARY —a new, almost possible reality to explore.
Even if it's only for a few minutes, that "other" reality we've been gifted allows our brain some respite. These minutes of relief reset our attitudes, worries, and problems. These releases from anxiety are so IMPORTANT that we'll likely go BERSERK without them.
