on my desk monday and the color purple

Recently, I've been enamoured with the color purple. I love the deep purple tulips:


the pinkish purple flowers shaped like stars:


even violet candy!

This newfound love of purple may be because I just got proofs back for the cover of Starry River of the Sky!
