A HORIZON ZERO DAWN Movie Is Coming From PlayStation Studios and Columbia Pictures

Sony is bringing yet another gaming world to the big screen. According to a report by IGN, Horizon Zero Dawn will get a movie in the near (or maybe distant) future. It is a collaboration with PlayStation Studios and Columbia Pictures to take this infamous post-apocalyptic world to theaters. The announcement was made at CES 2025 and, for now, things are in the very early stages of development.

As we all know, just because companies say something is going to happen doesn’t 100% guarantee that it is happening. We’ve seen completed movies and shows get a last-minute ax for various reasons. But Aloy’s machine hunting adventures are so beloved that perhaps that won’t be the fate for this Horizon Zero Dawn movie.
