Jane Fonda (!) and me on “a secret of aging well”

I’ve admired Jane Fonda all my life, from her “Hanoi Jane” days, when I was a teenager marching against the Vietnam War, to her “Fire Drill Friday” demands for climate activism, when I returned to the U.S. Capitol to get arrested in solidarity. So it was a thrill to be paired with her for this four-minute video about aging well that aired on the CBS Morning Show on December 1. The editing is genius, we pack in a lot of science, and it’s pretty funny.
