Northdown (Dorset)

Another Dorset Bronze Age barrow cemetery in a spectacular chalk-ridge setting, akin to the nearby Bincombe and Came Wood barrow cemeteries. At this site the barrows are sited along the chalk ridge of the imaginatively named West and East Hills on either side of Spring Bottom.
The site is worth visiting for the incredible natural features alone, along with the views over Weymouth Bay.
