A Little Bit at a Time

It’s kind of like making mashed potatoes. Once the potatoes are cooked, recipes ask for a little bit of butter, then a little bit of milk to make the consistency desired. I decided to make twice-baked potatoes for my Gratitude Day dinner. Since I’m vegan, I used vegan butter and oat milk. I also added onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, and cumin.
