USS Scorpion Submarine Sinks
In May 0f 1968 the U.S. nuclear-powered submarine Scorpion sank with 99 men aboard 400 miles southwest of the Azores.
The wreckage of the Scorpion remains in the North Atlantic Ocean with all its armaments and nuclear reactor.
