Salsa


Why is it that homemade salsa is always so much better than store bought?


Ingredients


8 ounce can tomato sauce (I used leftover pasta sauce)

4 organic tomatoes, roughly chopped

1/2 onion, roughly chopped

1-2 large cloves garlic, peeled, roughly chopped

1 handful cilantro

2 tsp. Sriacha sauce or tabasco

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Big pinch of salt

1 teaspoon taco seasoning (cumin, onion powder, and chili powder blend)


Directions


Combine all ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds.
