– He will not warm the mood like his predecessor – “Safe 2% loan”, interest rates are still stagnant, there is a relative balance in the housing industry – September and October were similar in terms of sales for developers, at a level similar to this year at the turn of winter and spring – says Marcin Beauty.

The expert adds that prices per square meter of apartments are stabilizing. – There are small fluctuations between months – up and down, and the year-on-year dynamics of price growth is decreasing. In an increasing number of cities, it is in the single digits – points out Marcin Krasoń. – There are fewer fins and investors among buyers today due to price stabilization – he adds.
