An Interview with Alejandro Sanchez of Heaven Sent
Hello!
By now you’ve probably read Heaven Sent, the sixth book in the Cordoba Agency series. If you haven’t, you’re missing out on an action-packed adventure with a sexy hero and the woman he loves. Speaking of the sexy hero, I did a short interview with him, which I shared with the Diamond Divas of the Readers Lounge. It’ll give you a sense of who Alejandro is.

Hello, Alejandro. Thank you for sitting down with me to answer these questions.
You’re welcome.
Let’s get started, shall we? First, I’d like to know, how old were you when you met Camila?
I was 11 years old. I went to live with my maternal grandmother in Jalisco after my father was killed. She was visiting from the States for the summer. She handed me a flower and said “Hola,” and… I think I was smitten from that moment on.
That’s sweet. How was your father killed, if you don’t mind my asking?
My father was a criminal. He was killed by a dirty cop.
I’m so sorry.
(Umoved) It was a long time ago. I’m over it.
Of course. Next question, what’s your biggest pet peeve?
Assholes.
(Laughs) No, really, what’s your biggest pet peeve?
(Arched eyebrow.) Assholes.
Okay… What’s the most romantic thing you have done or could ever do for someone?
Kill for them.
Alejandro, come on. I was thinking more along the lines of a candlelight dinner, a walk on the beach with—
Nothing is more romantic than killing for someone. Putting your freedom at risk for theirs—how is that not romantic?
You know what, you have a point.
I know.
Last question. What is your greatest fear?
I am not afraid of anything.
There must be something. Everyone is afraid of something.
(Quiet.)
My greatest fear is losing Camila.
Wow, that’s deep.
(He stands.) Are we done now?
Yes. Thank you for sharing.
You’re welcome. (He walks out without another word.)
