Toyota, heat exchanger defect in the collapse hypothesis: what happened at the factory

BOLOGNA – A heat exchanger failure is at the root of the tragedy at the Toyota Material Handling plant in Bargelino. While the company announces that it will put Redundancy fund for 850 employees. What exploded was what the workers called a “boiler”, a large metal pipe (a meter and a half in diameter and just under 3 meters high) with the task of regulating the temperature in the warehouses, related to air conditioning or heating.
