Roasted lemon broccoli soup with cheesy seeded rye croutons 🧠

For me, soup feels more like a glorified sauce - only satisfying when there's crusty bread to dip, a chunky texture, or cheesy seeded croutons.

It's not just about taste either. Soup on its own always leaves me hungry.

So really, it’s what goes with the soup, that’s as important as the soup itself.

And it’s an added bonus that these seeded rye croutons significantly bump up the total fibre too (happy days).
