AI to the rescue

 I have what I think is a natural revulsion for AI shared by many who would label
themselves progressives or forward-thinkers. It's not that I fear change, but I do fear someone else breaking into the cockpit of my mind and taking over the controls, plundering six thousand years of accumulated human wisdom before I've even had a chance to finger its prettiest baubles. Wait your turn, AI!

A.C. Sherman As far as creativity goes, I believe AI is going to backfire bigtime and end up revealing just how much talent and creativity are God given abilities. That's another reason for creatives to have humility and modesty. We were born with those talents, it was given to us and none of us are "self-made." The talent part is already there, we can only work to improve the craft.

The first step toward creativity would be, I think, consciousness and self-reflection. Since it's estimated that as much as 50% of HUMANS don't even have an inner monologue, I'd expect it would be a hard road to hoe for machine intelligence.
