You shouldn’t want to stop migrant workers. And often you can’t even stop EU citizens

Fortunately, the AKP helped the opposition win a majority in the Senate last week, meaning an emergency law to stop migration is deemed “undesirable”. The party called on Prime Minister Dick Schoff to opt for a “more normal” emergency law.

The Netherlands is increasingly using the flow of migrants from southern Europe to combat labor shortages. Therefore, we need to get rid of the clichés that we only carry “east blockers” in the Netherlands.
