“Top Shelf Taste” is one of TVP’s fall novelties, which was originally supposed to debut on TVP2 at the end of September. Due to the flood situation in the country, the start of the program implementation and promotion of the Lower Silesia region has been postponed to October 6.

As we read in the description of “The Top Shelf of Taste”, it is “a program about the products and traditions of Lower Silesia, also showcasing the well-known and lesser-known tourist attractions of this region.”

The program is directed by Michal Czervonka and is performed using the film method. We will see Chef Orson Hejnovich on screenwho will not only prepare the dishes, but will also visit local food producers with the camera, discovering traditions and recipes from the Lower Silesia region.

He follows Hejnovich Marek Krajewski, a best-selling crime novel author based in Wroclaw, who also serves as a lecturer on the programme. The finale of each episode will be a shared feast.

“Top Shelf of Taste” will be broadcast on Sunday afternoons on Dwójka at 17:15 starting October 6.
