Meditation Brings In Great Ideas From Your Guidance
It may seem counter-productive, but spending a little quite time thinking about nothing is a whole lot of something! Meditation helps you clear your mind to the higher guidance from your spirt guides, angels and to God or Source.
Sometimes a great idea just made for you is waiting in the ethers for you to be quiet and still enough to receive it. If I haven’t meditated for a while lots of great ideas suddenly occur to me after meditation. Or my personal favourite, a great idea suddenly occurs to me in the first moments upon waking from sleep. This one good idea of your next step will suddenly occur to you. This next step is designed for you and will lead to your higher good. These are often not amazing grand ideas, just a simple idea that will solve a problem you have been facing.
