The message urged people not to drive south of the Litani River, which is about 30 kilometers from the border. Under the UN resolution, Hezbollah fighters are not allowed to remain south of this line. But after the last Lebanon war in 2006, they gradually returned to the region. Israel wants them to withdraw again to enable the safe return of about 60,000 citizens to the north of the country.
