Munich – A damaged signal box at Munich’s Ostbahnhof paralyzed most S-Bahn traffic on the main line through the city center on Friday morning.

Practically all lines are affected, as can be seen from the disruption report from Deutsche Bahn. It said: “Please expect long delays and train cancellations.” In some cases, trains are diverted around the city center, such as the S8 to the airport.

The duration of the disruption remains unclear
