Saw this barge dumping sand into the bay last week, creating yet another mound of earth to be flattened by bulldozers later into real estate reclaimed or created from the sea. How far it will go? What will be built on it? Shouldn't the famous view of Manila Bay be enjoyed by all, as "patrimony of the nation"?
