Woman kidnapped by ex-partner manages to escape and calls for help

City of Juarez.- A woman whose freedom was illegally taken away by her ex-partner managed to escape and seek help; Agents from various companies found the victim and immediately provided attention.

At the scene, agents from the City Secretariat of Public Security (SSPM) reported that the victim said she had been illegally deprived of her liberty by her former romantic partner who intercepted her as she was returning home from work.

The man allegedly forcibly took her to a house where he held her and hit her repeatedly.

The offended woman said that due to the carelessness of her kidnapper, she escaped and asked for help.

The victim, 20 years old, called her father and told him the truth, which prompted authorities to come to the house located on Melchor Ocampo Street and Hospital in the Barrio Alto neighborhood.
