The university, its student union and Asta are urging landlords to rent out living spaces to students at a low cost. “When the winter semester begins, thousands of young people from all over the world will begin their studies in Bonn. Then, as every year, the urgent question arises of an affordable roof over their heads, especially for international students,” the initiators said on Friday. The appeal is “to rent out rooms and apartments to students or to allow tenants to sublet them at a low cost to students during the semester.”
