Minimum wage in Poland. New rates from 2025

The minimum wage in 2025 will be higher than previously expected. It will increase to PLN 4,666 gross, compared to PLN 4,626 gross proposed at the Social Dialogue Council meeting. The minimum hourly rate will increase to PLN 30.50 from the previously proposed PLN 30.20.

The draft regulation published Thursday on the website of the Government Legislation Center addressed for the Prime Minister’s signature, it was proposed that from 1 January 2025, the minimum wage would be PLN 4,666 grossand the minimum hourly rate for specific civil law contracts – PLN 30.50.

“Thanks to the increase in the minimum wage, the purchasing power of the income of workers who receive the lowest wages will be maintained,” reads the draft regulation.
