Ingredients: 4 slices bacon. 1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 8 slices sourdough bread. 2 tablespoons butter.
Instructions: After cooking bacon in a pan until it’s crispy, put it on paper towels to drain. Put apple slices, cheddar cheese, and bacon between two slices of sourdough bread. Put butter on the outside of each sandwich. In a skillet over medium-low heat, grill the sandwiches for about 34 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese melts. Now cut the sandwiches in half and serve them hot.
