I miss a lot of big things from the old DCU, but the ache really comes with some of the minor characters who are unlikely to return for years, if ever. It’s sad not to have that incredible backlog of characters to draw from.

It’s huge fun to create new stuff, but it also is painful to think of the thousands of great characters who are on an island somewhere where we can’t get to them.
