TVP schedules new series of programs for autumn 2024. Reconstruction Tomasz Sygut

Telewizja Polska held its first programming conference since its management change at the end of last year. Then, president Mateusz Matyszkowicz was replaced by Tomasz Sygut, who had been president for a short time. Then TVP went into liquidation. Daniel Gorgosz became the liquidator and Sygut became the general director.

– We realize that this is the first step to making this institution famous again for what it has best – credibility, and not for what it has recently been associated with – propaganda and contempt. – he added.

– I wondered if these words should be said here. But I decided they had to be said – perhaps for the last time. This company has had different fates and different presidents – better, worse, smarter and stupider, but it has never been so cruelly tied to hatred, to the destruction of people, to propaganda. That is no longer the case, Sygut said.

Sygut stressed that the “hate factory has been shut down.” – “19:30” is the best news program in the country – I have no doubt about that. But rebuilding the credibility and image, as well as the audience of TVP Info, is a huge challenge for all of us. TVP will have a decent news channel, Sygut added.

TVP’s CEO assessed that “this is the best programming that has been aired on Telewizja Polska recently”. – This programming is a mix of the best that was on TV – great series, entertainment programs, because we are not taking anything away, even though the situation is difficult, everything has been maintained – and new products – he emphasized.

The autumn programme offering will be promoted under the motto “Let’s get to know each other again”.

TVP1’s autumn schedule will include new series “Gra z Ciem” and “Profilerka”, TVP2 will show the new program “Wonderful Years”, and TVP Info – new news bands and the magazine “Kwiatki polskie”.
