The Weekly Rune – Ansuz-Raidho

The Weekly Rune – Ansuz is the half-month rune through 29 August, at which point Raidho moves to the fore until 13 September. The intuitive rune is Jera (carved reindeer antler slice). The earthly spirit of place anchoring the runes this week is Key, in the cardinal directions (dwarves), with element Flesh (hair vial), with Summer presiding. From right to left is Raidho above (carved cedar stave), Ansuz below, then Jera (carved reindeer slice).
