Simone took “Train like a beast” VERY literally…

Soo you remember the motivational tanks of the 2000s right?! Let me refresh your memory…

“Train like a BEAST look like a beauty.”

Back in 2011, before POPFLEX was a thing, I sold these tanks out of my parents’ garage. Little did I know, a young future superstar bought one and took the phrase so literally that one day she would become the world’s most decorated gymnast of ALL TIME.

Ahhh how cool! I don’t personally know Simone and she doesn’t know me, but this weird little invisible string between us is something I’ll never forget and cherish forever.
