An amuse of pepper mouse. Very creamy.


Bread and butter.

Bouillabaisse soup with macaroni & Marseille. rouille topped with puff pastry. I’ve never seen it in a puff pastry before!

Scrambled egg topped with Pétrossian. Caviar “Tsar Impérial”.
