Fruit Frenzy. A delicious, quick and simple cake recipe by Heni Foks

Ingredients

Cake

2 eggs2.5 cups of wheat flour2 teaspoons baking powder15 days of melted butter1/2 cup sugar3 tablespoons of cream

Fruit

70 days of your favorite fruit3 tablespoons potato flour1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup water

Execution

Fruit place in a saucepan, cover with sugar and bring to a boil. Add the flour mixed with water, mix, boil and let cool.

Add eggs, sugar, flour and powder to the bowl. Add melted butter and heavy cream. Mix the dough and divide into two parts.

Pour most of the batter into a 11×7-inch pan lined with parchment paper. Place the fruit and remaining batter on top of the cake.

Bake for about 50 minutes at 170 degrees.

Place the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
