Why don't you ship overseas? (And what to do about it.)

Dear reader,

I’m so sorry that we no longer ship internationally. There are a few reasons:

We are a tiny company, just me and Mr. Bowen carrying things to the P.O. We don’t have the bandwidth to focus on the ever-shifting costs and requirements for international shipping.

Since nearly every country has slightly different shipping costs, it’s difficult for us to charge the right amount. So we usually undercharge and lose money on every single overseas shipment. 😬

Tracking numbers don’t work once the product leaves the US border, and when people email us to ask about their package, we just get anxious.

In short: we would if we could, but we can’t.

Suggestion: We’e heard great things about Stackry as an international forwarder. If you set yourself up there, you’ll get a U.S. shipping address you can use on this and other websites.

Thank you for understanding!

Love,

Sarina & Mr. Bowen
