Attitude Makes the Difference
I’m happy to have done what I said I would. Even with the hurdles of disease, I am succeeding with those I can count on positively. It’s my fault if I keep expecting the leopard to change its spots. Well, I guess I haven’t changed either. Move on, Simon.
I have one person who, after he’s done whatever I need, asks, “Is there anything else I can do for you?” You guessed it. Miracle Man. Never has he said can’t you get the people who work here to do it. He is cautious and careful not to break or destroy anything.
My wife will break out her goodies for the next few days, but I am thrilled more by the three rose bushes she will plant in the holes dug by Miracle Man. I’ll finish up my tasks by getting my new phone, camera, and blinds. Yippee. I am at the finish line.
The thrill of accomplishment and the new beginning of my next adventure and project keeps me going and happy to wake up each day. You are remembered for the rules you break. Douglas MacArthur. Live for today and not the fears of what may come.
