Janjefa Kuwaitia from Circus BC

Last week I received a package from Circus BC, a PR firm who specializes in advertising, branding, web design, and more.

Inside the package was what they called “Janjefa Kuwaitia”. Janjefa is the Kuwaiti name for a playing deck of cards. I was intrigued, how would it be Kuwaitia?

When the name Kuwaitia is thrown you usually expect tan colors or something red black and green. Maybe a camel some where with dallat coffee.Sadu patterns. I didn’t expect purple and blacks in a hip design.

The playing cards were of a very light material -which is very good- and the graphics on them were awesome.

How is it Kuwaiti exactly? This is how.

’7al, maykar, the Kuwaiti names of the janjefa written in Arabic and incorporated into the cards designs.

Notice the colors? Not the classic black and red, rather purple and black. Nice.

My favorite card? The Joker!

On the back of the janjefa box is a brief introduction of the company . This is a good idea for branding, sending out customized deck of card with intros on the back of the box. Maybe even event or birthday invitations, why not?

Thank you Circus BC media. The janjefa really is weneesa indeed. It sure beats the dull plastic branded Janjefa we used to get from various companies in the old days.

You can purchase this Janjefa online for your next kout bu 6 game from Fortune Cookie Boutique Online Store (link).
