Author Dara Henry fabulously weaves an informative Hanukkah holiday context with a relatable childhood theme. Ruthie loves her pajamakkahs so much that she promises to keep them spotless for eight nights until party time. But spots are up for interpretation, leading to a big pajamess! Ivanov's lively illustrations complement the story for an entertaining read-aloud.
