How important is a title?

Titles, much like the dreaded synopsis, can be the bane of a writer’s life. For me, titles either come to me immediately or have to be dragged from the text, kicking and protesting all the while. Through dreams we collide is definitely my favourite!

Titles are important because they are one of those things you see first, but for my final decision I go by the blurb and reviews :) I think for me it's fifty-fifty for the title or cover when it comes to picking up a book. If I know the author most of the time the title isn't important at all.
Especially in the M/M genre I think a smart cover is even more vital because most of the time you get the naked torso or face shots which become old quite fast especially when they look simple or cheap...

It's all that stock photography. You start to notice the same figures appearing time and time again.
